Excel spreadsheet to schedule client appointments for 25 employees and 5,000 clients for 2,000 time increments. Scheduling is easy with drop-down menus showing only the clients each employee is qualified to see in only the time-slots the employee is scheduled to work. You can set the scheduling increment to anything you need from 1 minute to 24 hours. Old appointments are automatically deleted making room for new ones in this perpetual scheduler.
